All appointments are face to face at Ultima Vitality Medical Clinic in Manchester.
The appointment to take a sample of venous blood lasts up to 15 minutes and no fasting is required.
Suitable for anyone aged 12 years or older.
Follow up to discuss results is not included, but can either be arranged with your own GP or with a private GP at Ultima Vitality.
